Appointment Policies
At JOLIE Beauty & Wellness, we have set out to bring you an environment where the highest levels of skin and body care are provided to nurture your well-being. JOLIE’s goal is to make a difference in your life by offering the highest level of service in a relaxing and positive environment for our clients.
Your appointments are very important to JOLIE Beauty & Wellness. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. JOLIE does understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, JOLIE respectfully requests at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations.
All of JOLIE’s policies are designed to benefit our guests and to provide the best service for both our established and future clientele.
Appointment Policy
To ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, JOLIE recommends scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To accommodate your desired appointment a credit or debit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. JOLIE holds this information as part of its cancellation policies and only makes necessary charges to your account on the date of your scheduled service. Details of JOLIE’s cancellation policy are provided below.
For new clientele JOLIE requires clients to fill the Consent Form and potentially other Sign Up Forms for specific treatments. During JOLIE’s Registration process such Forms will be presented and requested.
Appointment Confirmations
JOLIE understands how easy it may be to forget an appointment therefore all our appointments are confirmed electronically. As a courtesy, JOLIE sends out an email or text to confirm your service appointments 48 hours prior to your appointment date. Please ensure JOLIE has the correct information on file. This also helps verify that your appointment is booked for the correct time and day. It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and help JOLIE service its guests better by providing enough notice to avoid the cancellation fees.
Cancellation Policy
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, JOLIE misses the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need.
JOLIE asks that all new and current guests supply credit or debit card all card info on file is added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. If JOLIE does not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card or alternatively billed out to you:

Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive NO charges.

Notification given less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will result in a charge of $100 USD as “late cancellation / no-show fee”.
Check-In & Late Arrivals
JOLIE kindly asks that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time. JOLIE will do its best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly.
Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other guests. JOLIE regrets that late arrivals cannot receive extension of scheduled appointments, and JOLIE may need to cancel a service that cannot be completed within shortened time due to late arrival.
Services & Promotions Policy
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. JOLIE will do its best to keep its clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourages all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment. All our services and pricing are available on our website: www.joliebeautywellness.com/booking.
Gratuity is not included in the price of service or packages and is at a client’s discretion. Clients may tip upon check out with cash, check or credit card.
Clients are paying for JOLIE’s time and expertise, and JOLIE does not offer refunds on services.
